Dr. Sirany was friendly, professional and highly competent. She gave us information that we could understand and was very willing to explain it in another way if we didn’t understand.

Excellent service from the beginning when they called me to schedule an appt. Everything was smooth seamless. At my appt. the check in was easy. I was told the provider was running on time. I was called back (actually earlier than my appt. start time) All the checks the nurse did (weight BP) etc was smooth easy. I was greeted by Dr. Lee w associate in the exam room. It was evident Dr. Lee had read the paperwork I completed prior to the appt. Dr. Lee’s questions were directly related to my issue. Dr. Lee was personably and easy to talk to. End result was follow up if I needed about the specific issue and schedule for a routine colonoscopy. I was out the door. The length of time for the appointment was more than appropriate. I actually got out a few minutes early. THANK YOU. Will return for my colonoscopy and any follow up I might need. Won’t go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Damle, but I’ll try. He’s fantastic! I received an unfortunate cancer diagnosis and was referred by MNGI to him post-colonoscopy. Obviously, the initial diagnosis was devastating and psychologically overwhelming, the fear of the unknown as a patient. I received a personal appointment call from his patient coordinator Sarah, who was also very competent. From an initial patient’s perspective with cancer shellshock, Dr. Damle’s approach was calming yet professional. He explained everything I was up against anatomically with great detail in layman’s terms that one not in the medical field would understand, including a diagram of the intestinal tract on a piece of paper that he marked with every issue in my guts with specificity. A caveat Dr. Damle strikes me as a true professional that is damn good at his craft, yet still understands the human element and is a good man.

From the moment the appt was scheduled I felt relief knowing that they cared. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Cared about me as a person. I brought my notebook and pen since I always need to take notes. I opened it and all that was on it was the date. Dr. Spenser asked what I thought; explained thoroughly what needed to happen, asked what I thought about the plan and explained the questions I had. The whole experience was a 10+++++++.

Dr. Sun was communicative and made me feel comfortable. He took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain procedures and his reasons for his diagnosis.

This was my first visit with Dr. Osborne. He made me feel right at home, almost as if I had known him for a long time. He was extremely helpful in going over further treatments pertaining to my medical situation. His nurse was also very pleasant. I am very pleased with my visit and should there be further visits will have no prior anxiety about seeing Dr. Osborne. Should mention how nice the lady at the front desk was, not only to me, but my family. Just a great place to go to when you need care, they just want to make life easier during some trying times.

I was very impressed with Dr.Grahn. She was knowledgeable (as she should be!), very personable and down to earth with her explanations to me. I feel very blessed to have had her recommended to me, as I have intestinal issues that have been very concerning to me. She explained them fully and put my mind at ease.
