joins Minnesota Oncology 

This integration brings together two trusted organizations with a shared commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care.

By joining forces, we’re expanding access to multidisciplinary specialists and services, enhancing care coordination, and improving outcomes, especially for patients with complex gastrointestinal and cancer-related conditions.

What’s Changing:

  • CRSAL will retain its name, but you’ll begin to see the Minnesota Oncology name on billing statements, insurance explanation of benefits (EOBs), our website, and other materials.
  • You’ll gain access to Navigating Care, Minnesota Oncology’s robust patient portal.  
  • Online scheduling will change: Starting October 1, online appointment scheduling will no longer be available. However, you can still request appointments through an online request form, though the layout will appear different than the previous version. 
  • On Oct. 1, the CRSAL Burnsville location will move to 675 E Nicollet Blvd, Suite 135, Burnsville, MN 55337. 
  • We will begin to see patients at the Minnesota Oncology Maple Grove location (10150 Niagara Lane N, Suite 100, Maple Grove, MN 55369, 651-312-1700), also effective Oct. 1.
  • We anticipate we will see patients at the Minnesota Oncology Hudson location (2651 Hillcrest Drive, Suite 105, Hudson, WI 54016, 715-280-9151) in October.

What’s Staying the Same:

  • All other current CRSAL locations and all providers will remain unchanged.
  • Phone numbers and scheduling processes will stay the same (except for online scheduling as noted above).
  • Procedures will continue to be performed at the same hospitals and surgery centers. In the future, we may have access to additional Minnesota Oncology clinic locations.
